Let’s talk about charity organisations in South Africa and the part they play in your upcoming emigration. Charity organisations are something that most SA expats overlook, but thankfully they are getting more attention in recent years as people begin to realise just how much of a difference they can make to someone else’s life. If you are planning to leave South Africa in search of a new life in a foreign country, you’re probably giving a lot of thought to what to do with all of your “stuff”.
Charities in South Africa Need Your Help
Over the years you have undoubtedly gathered furniture, keepsakes, décor, and various bits and bobs… what now? Well, the first thing that most people do is give away sentimental items to close friends and family. Naturally, the next thing to do is to decide what to sell and what to throw away, but what if there’s another way? What if your new life path could help someone else on theirs?
What if your big move to another country could help to furnish the home of someone less fortunate or help keep a family warm during the winter. By donating your belongings (or at least some of them) to charities in South Africa, you can make a huge difference to someone else’s life…and that’s something strongly recommend. The people who are in a prime position in the country to donate are undoubtedly those who are leaving and starting a fresh, new life somewhere else – wouldn’t you agree? Start a fresh new life while helping others to take a fresh step/start in theirs.
